Unlike
most big pizza chains, Chuck E. Cheese’s has no
thin crust option, which leaves you with the
standard calorie- and carb-heavy slices. It
redeems itself slightly by offering a handful of
nonsoda drink options, as well as a salad bar.
But beware: A kid left to run wild at a salad
bar can do more harm than good.
SURVIVAL STRATEGY
Stick to the cheese, vegetable, and Hawaiian
pizzas, and cap the slice consumption at two a
kid. If they’re still hungry, help them
construct a salad from the bar.
