IHOP
refuses to serve up nutritional information, but
thanks to the New York City Board of Health,
they were forced to publish calorie counts on
their menus in April 2008. The big reveal
shocked New York diners: 1,700-calorie
cheeseburgers, 1,300-calorie omelets, and four
salads with more than 1,000 calories. Because
IHOP doesn’t provide those numbers to the rest
of the country, they still receive an automatic
F.
SURVIVAL STRATEGY
Write letters, make phone calls, beg, scream,
and plead for IHOP to provide nutritional
information on all of their products.
