I love the personal training program that Teri designed for Gabe and Zeke. They were so out of shape. During our 4 months membership, Teri taught Gabe and Zeke how to eat healthy and the importance of exercise. She made them work hard . They enjoyed cardio and the machines. The results were amazing. Gabe lost 36 pounds and Zeke 30 pounds. They are so proud … I will recommend Teri with my eyes close. Her program works and you get results.

In the short time since my son has been attending Kids and Fitness with Teri, my son has shown an incredible increase in his self esteem, academics and has managed to loss weigh in a healthy manner.
Teri is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise routines, and has an excellent rapport with children as well as parents. So much so that my older daughter and myself have recruited Teri to lead us in an exercise routine.

Hello, Link2Fitness took into account my personal goals, current physical condition, and lifestyle requirements and created a comprehensive fitness plan that fits me. The studio allows me personal, one-on-one coaching in a clean, private environment. Teri changes exercises regularly to keep from becoming bored with the workouts. In addition, the nutrition and meal-planning coaching provides realistic goals and balanced, healthful solutions for my busy schedule.
DawnI never thought I would have so much fun exercising. Before going to Kids and Fitness. The thought of exercising made me tired. Three and a half months later the more exercise I do the more energy I have. Having a trainer like Teri made me see that I can be successful getting fit. Teri helped me set goals and she is always there to keep me on track. I have lost 11 pounds and 10 inches. Teri always says “I could not get you to walk across the football field and look at you now.” Not only do I feel physically better but I feel mentally better too. I love going to Kids and Fitness.
